Your first appointment will include a thorough assessment that provides you with a better understanding as to why you’re feeling the way you are.

The areas of your body that have been working too hard (compensation) need to be reminded that they can balance their work load out with the rest of the body.
Your first and following appointments will remind the left and right sides of your body to do a balanced amount of work.

Compensation patterns can help our movement in the short term, but if they aren’t unwound, they can dominate the way you move.
Our appointment(s) will remind your body of a better way to move. This will give your joints and muscles an opportunity to heal and strengthen.
